Preparation

Add the mint leaves, the orange zest, the VSOP Cognac and 20 ml of Marie Brizard Cinnamon (Essence) Liqueur to a tumbler glass.  Fill with crushed ice and mix vigorously.  Add a little more crushed ice and the remaining 20 ml of Marie Brizard Cinnamon (Essence) Liqueur.  Mix again and complete with more crushed ice.  Garnish with a mint sprig or a cinnamon stick.
