Kauffmann vodka is the first vintage vodka in the world. That means that it is produced only in those years when the wheat meets the most stringent quality criteria and in strictly limited quantities. Each bottle carries a limited edition number.

It is produced in one of Russia’s finest facilities, known as « Crystal », situated in the town of Kaluga. The plant benefits from its own alcohol distillery enabling it to control production at every stage in the crafting of its vodka.

The production of Kauffman vodkas follows the traditional pattern used in the production of all top quality vodkas. It is filtered through birch charcoal columns with additional filtration at the beginning and of production through quartz sand.
For example, the alcohol for the Kauffman Luxury vodka is distilled 14 times and 8 times for the Kauffman Selected vodka in order to ensure the purity of the end product.

The bottles, made in France, are designed on the lines of perfume bottles.
