WILLIAM PEEL SCOTCH WHISKY – 12 YEAR OLD |
|
William Peel Single Malt is a classic Scotch whisky. Produced entirely at a single distillery in the Spey valley, in Speyside, the Scottish region most renowned for the fineness of its malts.
As its name indicates, this whisky is produced exclusively using malted barley. It is then matured for a minimum of 12 years in small (120 l) oak casks that previously contained Bourbon whiskey.
Because it is not cold-filtered, a slight deposit may form; this is a sign of the quality of this malt.
Ideally, serve neat to reveal the full nose and complex flavours of this Scotch Whisky, which can be enjoyed not only as an aperitif but also as a classy after-dinner drink.
