Roquatelle comes from the Corbières region, a land chiselled by the wind and gorged with light, a grandiose space between the Pyrenees and the Montagne Noire. Just like this contrasting landscape, Roquatelle is a wine of character, the expression of the Pays Cathare.
Tasting note:
Dark purple in colour, Roquatelle releases blackberry aromas that evolve into spicy notes, thus offering a beautiful, persistent structure with remarkable aromas.
Drink with savoury tarts, meats in sauce and cheese.
Temperature: serve at 18°C.
