Bacalis
A.O.C. MINERVOIS
Bacalis comes from the exceptional soil of Minervois. It is a reflection of this marvellous Mediterranean land, cradle of French wine making. The warm sun that extends into the autumn ripens the grapes and gives Bacalis a velvet richness, complexity and elegance.
Tasting note:
Ruby red, Bacalis develops a powerful and aromatic nose that rolls silky tannins through the mouth to create exceptional length and complexity.
Drink with traditional food such as game and meat in sauce.
Temperature: serve at 18°C.
