Welcoming summer visitors with its irresistible song, the cicada, symbol of Provence, is the daily companion of the Aix winemakers.
The harmonious marriage of the traditional grape varieties of the Coteaux d’Aix, including grenache, cinsault and mourvèdre, give Montcigale an exceptional freshness and bouquet. Rose-pink in colour, the taste is full of berry aromas such as cherry and raspberry.
This rosé is an ideal accompaniment to salads and typical Mediterranean dishes incorporating tomatoes, aubergines, etc.
