Tasting note from our cellar master:
Our St Jean d'Oc Syrah is made using the most noble grape varieties of the Mediterranean. The Syrah rosé reveals a palette of berry aromas (raspberry, cherry, currant) that make it a bright and balanced wine.
Suggestion of accompaniment:
This rosé makes a delicious accompaniment to salads and will bring out the best in sweet/savoury and oriental dishes.
Temperature:
Serve chilled at around 8 – 10°C.
