Tasting note from our cellar master:
From its garnet colour to its intense aromatic nose with dark fruit and spice notes, our Cabernet Sauvignon Oc Cuvée 178 has all of the qualities that make great Cabernet Sauvignons. The palate is full and generous, built on delicate but ever-present tannins.
Suggestion of an accompaniment:
This wine is the perfect accompaniment to game or red meat dishes.
Temperature:
Serve at around 18°C.
