Preparation

In the metal bottom of a shaker, smash softly the lavander sprig and the Marie Brizard Cane Sugar Syrup.  Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker with ice cubes.  Shake and double strain to a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with two dried lavander sprigs and a lime zest.
